A select group of people in Melbourne had the pleasure of participating in Ryan Foote's very first Diamond Lab. Set in a warehouse space in Flinders Street, this intimate pop up dining experience highlighted one man's creative genius bringing together his loves of gastronomy, fine art, design and fashion over three beautiful nights. Ryan demonstrated that combining skill and vision can produce powerful results and just like a diamond, he possesses an inspiring level of strength and clarity. The Lab is set to go to Sydney in the coming weeks and then Singapore, with plans for future pop ups elsewhere.
