When one of The World's 50 Best Bars popped up in Melbourne for just two days, it was only fitting that we were there to film the experience, especially since these guys brand their own carved ice cubes with a hot poker. Couldn't miss that! Also voted as Asia's number one bar, those lucky enough to get a ticket were hosted in the Elk Room at The Everleigh and able to sample some of 28 Hong Kong Street's signature cocktails made by their bartenders and served by their floor staff. Brought to Australia by Neat Spirits in collaboration with Plantation Rums,  Maison Ferrand and Mancino Vermouth, this was but a little taste of Singapore's best, served up at one of our city's finest cocktail establishments.
