Whether it's drinks with colleagues or a date with your loved one after work, Waterslide Bar at Southbank satisfies every need. Is it a cocktail bar? No. Is it a wine bar? No. Is it a bar for beer? No. It's all of them rolled into one. These guys specialise in many different beverages, all presented stunningly, with grace and flair. They also have a whisky menu as long as your arm with some rare little finds. The drinks list has been curated by Black Pearl's Fred Siggins and venue manager Tim Wastell, both with many years experience in the industry and this is where the attention to detail and personal service hail from.
