His cocktails on tap are epic, there's always an espresso martini, perfect every time, while the other tap rotates with various classics like a Boulevardier or an Old Fashioned.

This national drink from Mexico's south translates to 'Little Green' and is served as a chaser with a shot of Tequila blanco. Shannon's home made version is sweet and spicy, with pineapple, chilli, lime, mint and coriander, refreshing over the summer months, yet perfect to get your blood pumping on those chilly winter nights.
