In recent years those wanting to head north side and experience great bars close to the city have been flocking to Fitzroy and the surrounding suburbs, but way back in 2000 a new and very different place called Polly opened and set the benchmark for future bars in the area with great service and high end cocktails.

Get the picture??? It's all class here with a little naughty thrown in for good measure. Order an absinthe fountain, choose your poison and watch as the liquid drips gently over the sugar cubes and the stresses of the day just melt away, realising your glass is only moments from your lips. You're totally spoilt for choice because since day one the bar has been serving up serious drinks, which is why over fifteen years later Polly is still going strong and a Melbourne institution.
