Eydies.
It's great to find a place that's cozy and still allows you to head outdoors. Eydie's Appreciation Society has it all. Inside a building which has stood since 1887, housing the old Carlton Driving School, this bar has it's own eclectic style which matches the establishment's colourful history. A place where the bartenders mix vinyl between drinks, where you can sit in the window and have game of backgammon or hide out in a dimly lit corner with a nice hefty glass of red. There's no food here, but if a social gathering is on the cards, grab a big table in the courtyard out back and order some cracking Thai from the place next door or award winning authentic Italian pizza across the road.
It's all about sharing the love here and making you feel like you're in your own home. Just imagine being on that comfy recliner, you fall into it with your feet up and can't be bothered moving even if you're hungry or thirsty…….well you don't have to because at Eydie's it all comes to you and when you want it.
On tap you can enjoy beer, ale and cider from such greats as Boatrocker Brewery, 4 Pines Brewing Company, Hargreaves Hill Brewing Company & Willie Smith's Organic Cider with loads more in the the fridge and a great wine list and classic cocktails.
Sit back and enjoy this little feature and then get off your sorry arse and head to 86 Lygon St East Brunswick, Eydie's waiting for you.
