A warm and cozy space in the heart of Brunswick St, full of the most delicious rum you can find with some really inventive cocktails, a great wine list and craft beers to boot. If you truly want to experience Melbourne's weather in a single glass, you can't go past the Dark 'n' Stormy, made with Goslings Black Seal rum, house made spicy green capsicum & coriander ginger beer and finished with lime and bitters. Definitely the go to drink to get your palate primed for the rest of the night.
Consider having a chat to Andy or one of the other great bartenders and request to try their own spiced rum from Trinidad and Tobago infused with twenty different spices which are left to macerate in the liquid for a week before being bottled. Dark, rich and full flavoured it's sure to warm you from the inside out. The guys really looked after us as they do with all their clientele and we're really thrilled to have produced this little gem for Hamish and his team.
